Hey guys,

Can't find the info. Plug doesn't let the cord reach my Jeep... so neighbour is redoing my outlet for me and extending it. Does it require 15 or 20 amp connection?

As far as I know the Wrangler can take 40Amp. That would require a 50Amp circuit.

I think the level 1 charger is only about 8 amps. A 15 amp circuit will work fine.

The charger on the wrangler is a 32 amp max charger. To get there requires a level 2 evse plugged into a 40 amp 220v outlet. The factory evse is a level 1 unit and will work just fine on a 15 amp 110v outlet. No harm in installing a 20 amp 110v outlet though if you're running wires.

The L1 EVSE that comes with the 4xe requires 120v 15A circuit.

I believe the included Level 1 charger pulls 12 amps, allowing use on a 15 amp circuit.
