Took in my Jeep to the dealer over 3 weeks ago for a battery failure and have yet to get a response as to the ETA for the replacement to come in. They keep telling me that they are working with the engineering department to fully diagnose the failure. They did give me a rental, but I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue with the replacement taking this long. thanks again.
