Hi all. New to the forum.
I leased our 2022 GC 4xe in Nov. of 2022 and unfortunately we've had nothing but problems with it ever since, all of which seem to be related to the computer processors. I brought it to the dealership in early Dec. 2022 to have a Mopar tow hitch and harness installed and something went wrong with the computer system when trying to connect the new tow hitch to the directional signaling system. The dealership had the car for 6 weeks and returned it saying the issue had finally been resolved after they installed new computer modules.
About a week after I got the vehicle back, the directional started blinking at a slower rate than normal (about half the normal blinker speed). I brought it back into the dealership and they said it was definitely related to the new computer modules they had to install, but they didn't have a fix so they said they would call me when after they spoke to Jeep national engineers and Stellantis.
Then, about another week later, after parking the car, the Uconnect display said there were over the air updates available. I turned the car off, ran my errands, came back and nothing but the essentials (e.g. climate controls) would work on the display. No radio, profiles, etc. I brought it back to the dealership the next day and they were not able to fix it. They said they got approval from Stellantis to order a new radio unit and now they're awaiting that part to arrive. They've had the car for another 3 1/2 weeks now and I have no indication as to when it will be ready.
This is our first Jeep and it's been pretty disappointing so far. Are there any official @JeepCares folks here that can help? Or anyone else experiencing similar issues?
Thanks
