I snagged a 2022 last month because the end of the year deal was so good. That said, it’s not really what I wanted so I’m just going to wait to see what comes this year and hopefully snag a more highly contented 2023. I have had very good luck perusing LeaseHackr for deals that are posted by members or finding a broker in the marketplace section to go through for a good deal. I’d recommend keeping an eye out on there because most of those guys know what’s happening with the programs almost immediately.

Has anyone heard of any special lease deals for 2023 GC 4Xe's?
I was on Jeeps site and the lease prices were ridiculous. Mind you Jeep is showing a 48 month lease. The 2023 Jeep GC 4Xe lease rates were much much better Dec 2022. Although the mf and residual as well as discount off of msrp was better on 2022 models. I leased mine through a broker. Funny thing is, the vehicle was shipped from FL to NY a week before I even signed any paperwork or paid anything LOL. I had to contact the broker and the salesman down in FL. Shipped from FL Dec 20th. Arrived at the brokers office De 27th. Paperwork was signed 28th and I picked it up Dec 30th. Retailed for $66445. 12K in rebates, 8.5% off of msrp, broker bought out my 2020 Acura lease and I was left with $2918 in equity used towards down payment. I paid the $599 broker fee up front. $750 shipping fee, $1200 dealer fee, $595 acquisition fee, 8.68% in taxes all rolled into the payment. Lease is for 27 months 10k miles a year. At signing I paid $861. Which was for the $400 DMV fee and 1st payment of $461. Dealers here in NY didnt even come close. Even though I paid the $599 broker fee, $750 shipping fee and an additional $800 for the dealer fee. Without those charges. My payment would have been between $695-$740 a month here in NY. Plus they offered me less for my 2020 Acura in NY. Although Red Velvet wasnt our 1 or 2nd choice. For $461 a month. I told my wife youre getting 2 red cars in a row LOL

I've been looking around.
Our V6 is being bought back and is set to be picked up next Tuesday,
Our 4Xe (2023 Overland) was an order. It hit the California rail yard yesterday. It should be at the dealer Friday or Monday.
Only motive for the lease was to get the $7500 Fed Tax Credit. I'm retired and we will have very little taxable income. The lease deals in our area in general are not so good. I was looking at a 24 month FCA lease - the effective interest rate was about 9.28%. We'll probably pay cash and move some money out of an IRA which would create a tax event.
We'll see what happens between now and next Wednesday.

The 27 month rate is significantly less (well, it was last month. I haven't looked at this month)
Dealer checked the 27 and the 24 yesterday, 24 had a better Money Factor and buyout yesterday. They said they expect FCA to be coming out with some factory backed leases late this week.
FCA sales missed the project sales for the 4th quarter so who knows what will happen.
Our intention is to buy it and drive it for at least 7 years. We'll see what happens.

Wouldn't surprise me. They don't have any subvened rates listed currently which is what kills it.
Yup - they will need to do something to push inventory. With the cost of money the flooring fees will hit the dealers -they'll probably be complaining. And it sounds like the Fed is going to keep pushing the rates up.

I just checked. If youre in the northeast region. On the 2022 Jeep GC 4xe. The 24 month lease is the best option. You get the $7500 federal tax credit, $2000 Bonus cash and $2000 Northeast bonus cash. And if you have the $1000 Private bonus cash. You can add that. That brings the total in rebates to $12,500. If youre an affiliate youre disount should be 1% to 1.5% higher. I got my 4xe through a broker. The Jeep came from FL. and shipped to NY. Where ever you get the Jeep from. If they are not in your region. They still honor the rebates from your region. My broker doesnt have any left. But the dealer where he got mine from has 1 in stock retailing at $66445 in Baltic gray. And 1 incoming retailing at $66445 in Black. I want my dad to pick one up. I was negotiating with them last week, through the Jan 2nd. But they never got back to me and everything expired on the Jan 3rd. I wish I would have waited till today to pick one up. I signed for a 27 month 10k mile a year lease. MF was 0.00148 and residual was 63%. Now on a 24/10 lease. The MF is 0.00113 and the residual is 64%. I know the dealer took his time because he would rather try and sell it to someone in FL who wasnt getting all the rebates we get here in NY. Plus he would honor the affiliate discount. But was annoyed that he was honoring it. I even told him to add 2 sets of Mopar mats bringing the price to $66,805. And also add another $400 to that price making it $67,205. Finally I said instead of keeping the dealer fee at $999. Charge my dad $1200 like you charged me because $200 of that went to the broker. Also dont tint the 2 front windows and keep the extra mats. I was negotiating for the same 27/10 lease I signed for. Except my dad wouldnt have a trade in. So he was going to put $1000-$1400 as a cap cost to bring the lease down to $485 a month. As a anniversary gift for my parents. I was going to pay the shipping costs and give him $500 towards the $1000-$1400. But like I said the dealer took his time and waited until the Dec 2022 rates and rebates ended Jan 3rd 2023.

But as I wrote above. The rates and rebates are better this month. I sent my salesman an email a little while ago with a link to the lease calculator from leasehackr. In the email I wrote. Raise the MSRP to $68000 which will include 2 sets of mopar all weather mats. Keep the dealer fee at $1200. Here is how it would look. CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR

Hobbie has a 2023 coming in, so it doesn't get the incentivized rates the 22s get right now. If you're buying off the lot, a 22 is definitely way cheaper.

The dealer can't change the msrp.
Dealers in NY are still selling or leasing $2500 to $3000 over msrp on 2022 Jeep GC 4Xe's. Not all but many are. Out of 9 dealers within 2.5 to 16 miles away from me. If im not mistaken 6 or 7 are selling over msrp. Here is one example. 2022 Overland 4Xe. MSRP is $70,170. Bumped up to $72,670. Those 9 dealer have 211 2022 Jeep GC 4Xe's. Of which around 90% are on their lots and the rest are either still getting built. Or in transit.

Dealers can't change the MSRP... But they sure as hell can sell above it.
Absolutely, they can change the selling price.

In a lease, the actual msrp gets factored in to some of the equations, so it is important to differentiate. People very often try to run lease calculators by inputting the selling price where the msrp needs to go because they fail to recognize they're independent numbers.

Just picked our Overland up today in the middle of the California storms. Super quiet and seems pretty fast. We’ll see how it goes it’s only got 115 miles on it…. I will say it is a lot quicker than the 2022 v6 we turned in.

Coming from a 2013 5.7, the 4xe feels faster than that. That was my wife's major concern when we sold her old GC.

She's not worried anymore.
