Purchased Rubicon 4XE January 21, 2023 drove home 200 miles. Charge the battery overnight using the level one charger . next day drove car 3 miles . After returning to the car, it would not start. Displayed service charging system.

Looks like there’s major issues with these four 4XE jeeps. Has any members found a contact at Chrysler that understands customer service, and intends to resolve these issues?

They're replacing the hv battery or the 12v battery? A hv battery replacement at 200 miles is a very, very rare occurrence.

I had my transmission go out at 272 miles on my $212k Porsche. Took 4 months to get the replacement parts and complete the service. Sometimes faulty components make it into the assembly process. Sucks when it happens, but it’s unfair to just claim “theres major issues” when the reality is only a fraction of major components fail.
