I was talking to my tyre deler about 35" winter tyres with nayls in, to use my stock rims for wintertime , loot of icyng roads here in iceland.
He was worring about it could make jeep litlebit waggi and not stabel on the road becourse of stock rims are to narrow.
What du you think? Is he right or not.

I had 315/70/17 on my stock rimson my first 2018 JL and it had zero issues. I wouldnt hesitate to put them on there again.

I run 315/70/17 BFG KO2s on the stock wheels no problem.

How are 315s on snow and ice? Are you in an area that gets snow? Can you feel them floating on top more than stock?

I got the 315s toward the end of winter, but any snow/ice didn't seem any different than the stock 33s. I think you'd notice more of a difference if you go away from an all terrain, especially if it doesn't have the 3 peak mountain rating. I like the KO2s a lot, which is funny because I greatly disliked the KOs.
