I purchased my Rubicon 4xe just a few days ago 8/25/21 to be exact. Sign papers in the evening drove it home plug it in over night. The very next morning Engine light came on at the starting of engine… ugh
Have an app for diagnostic next week
After reading what some have experienced on wait time to have resolved the issue
Just aggravating that this is even an issue with a brand new vehicle
Please any input on this be greatly appreciated

Usually a light at startup without any other symptoms is a fuel cap. Although some people have had evap leaks and defective caps.

Good luck, let us know what they say.
Tustin Chrysler “ Turtle Click “
Held my jeep hostage for 6 days without even looking into For NOT having purchased it at their Store. Finally I decided to pick it up and take it to the place of purchase. They told me it needed to be put back together, it took them 45 minutes and CEL was OFF
It was “Battery pack coolant reservoir empty”
They run test 4 times to clear all air packets
After that I’ve taken the roads to Yosemite, Baja
I hope I don’t see that light again. Overall happy with my purchase

That's a poetic, almost Mattew McConaughey haiku like reply!

These jeeps just need to be put back together right.
