You’ll need an adaptor like the Tesla Tap that adapts the charger head to the J1772 port that the Jeep uses.

Tesla uses their own charging port design while the 4xe uses the industry standard J1772 port.

Yes, that’s the correct adaptor type.

A quick Google search on “set Tesla wall charger dip switches” will give you a bunch of guides and videos showing how to check and change the Tesla unit. It’s very easy.
