Do the numbers on new model year vehicles usually turn favorable for the leasee?

I was working thru a broker and got a one pay number on a 2022 high Altitude and it was much higher than I was thinking. Seems the residuals are way down from where they were earlier, plus the MSPR hikes are just not helping the deal.

I'm nervous about paying for the broker fees and then stil having to gamble what the numbers will be in 3-4 months when the vehicle is delivered. Realize we don't have a crystal ball but do new model year trucks usually lease better?

Typically, RVs start high and drop as the model year progresses. MFs do roughly the same, although the MFs haven't changed that drastically other than from the first month or two the 4xe was out.

If I had to guess, I'd say look at rv/mf from a couple months ago and you'll probably be roughly in that ballpark, but there's no good way to know.
