Anyone heard this sound?

I know it is hard to hear. I don't believe it is the tires on the parking garage I park in every day. I have an appointment tomorrow for them to check this out. I just don't want to be the crazy person and it end up being the tires.

I also having them flash the steering module as my vin has a TSB.

I heard this noise a month ago and haven't payed much attention till yesterday I heard it again. Front tires are at 39 PSI an 41 PSI in the back.
