Hi,

I purchased a GC 4xe 2023 2 weeks back and sometimes its front/backup camera both are blank. This issue goes away by itself next day or in few days and then it reappears again after 1-2 days gap. Anyone else experiencing this issue with their vehicle? Pretty disappointing that such a basic feature is not working in brand new vehicle.

I have a similar issue on my 22 GC 4xe, but instead of the front and rear cameras, it's the two side cameras that are blank on the surround view camera. The dealership replaced the ADAS module but the issue is still present. I'll be taking it back in next week

Yes, it is a safety issue. My back up camera will sometimes freeze. It still shows a picture of the last view, maybe a parking lot with no obstructions. I almost struck a pedestrian because I did not notice that the camera had frozen and she had walked behind my car while I was backing up. Anyone who mentions that this is a safety issue is correct. My 22 Grand Cherokee 4XE summit has been to the dealership three or four times to try to correct this problem. All of the fixes have been programming and might help for a day or two. it would be better if the camera would just go blank, which it does better than half the time when it fails.
