The strangest thing happened on my infotainment system last week while cruising down the road normally. This popped up:

Does anyone know what in the heck this is and why I randomly got it? I was at an intersection with only 2 cars ahead of me. I don't have the safety package, so not sure how it would know if there was anything ahead or not. Beats me!
