I installed a Chargepoint Home Flex Level 2 Charger. Everything works as expected (except for iOS app- Picture attached). The charger can be seen and communicate when I login to Chargepoint on my Mac. However, when I use the Chargepoint iOS app, when I click the Home Charger option, I get an error message that states “Unable to communicate with charger. Try later.”.
Chargepoint customer support reset to factory settings and we reconnected again and the exact same issues remain.
Has anybody experienced this issue? Anybody know how to fix?
