ChargePoint Flex Error Message: Unable to communicate with charger. Try later.

I installed a Chargepoint Home Flex Level 2 Charger. Everything works as expected (except for iOS app- Picture attached). The charger can be seen and communicate when I login to Chargepoint on my Mac. However, when I use the Chargepoint iOS app, when I click the Home Charger option, I get an error message that states “Unable to communicate with charger. Try later.”.

Chargepoint customer support reset to factory settings and we reconnected again and the exact same issues remain.

Has anybody experienced this issue? Anybody know how to fix?

I have the same charge point. Call them on the phone and ask support.

try deleting the app, restating phone , also try on an iPad or someone else’s phone. It could be your software build number on your phone. Update everything. Also unplug the charge point from the wall for 30-60 min or over night.

try it access it though your cell and not WiFi.

I love the charge point, it tells you how much money u r using and there are a lot of chargers in the wild too.
