They will have the best advice for your options.My Sahara 4xe has been in the shop for almost 3 weeks due to the red turtle light and the check engine light. I was on the road with my daughter in the back seat and I was going about 55 mph and all of a sudden the lights came on (check engine and red turtle light) and my speed went from 55 to 10 on its own. I had to pull over and eventually the car came to a complete stop. This is the 2nd time its happened and its currently at the dealer and its been 3 weeks. They said its the hybrid battery. I havent even had that car a full year. I called Jeep Corporate and I complained. I asked for a replacement vehicle because what I experienced was dangerous and frankly I no longer trust that particular vehicle that I leased. I asked for the same exact model and trim but they rejected it. Has anyone had this same lights come on and has anyone taken legal action? If so what did you do? At one point the dealer said they couldnt find anything wrong with the vehicle. I refused to pick up the car and told them to figure it out. Please help. Thank you.

Most states are 30 days. Get an attorney involved see how fast Jeep starts moving. I would to refuse to drive that if the BRAND NEW car just did that.
Thank you!! I told them I refused to drive that car, and I no longer want it. But they just been keeping me on hold. I’m definitely going to speak with an attorney.
