When my 4xe first arrived before I even picked it up from the dealer, they ran into problems with the hybrid system. It worked fine once I picked it up in early September 2021, but now, after 2200 miles, it has stopped working twice in the last two weeks with the same problem. After I have charged the car and left it sitting for a couple of days, it won't turn on when I go to use it. The Check Engine Light comes on and it says that the charging system needs service and that there is a hybrid system failure. When they pull the error codes at the dealership, there are several of them, but one has to do with the hybrid battery coolant pump. Last time they serviced it (as in last week), they kept the car for a few days, took apart and replaced the parts related to the hybrid battery, cleaned them, and they said they couldn't recreate the problem. But here it is again a week later. I've read elsewhere on the forum that this unfortunately appears to be a relatively common problem with the 4xe. Has anyone experienced this and found the solution yet? Do they need to replace the battery coolant pump? Many thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide.

Hello, does the vehicle start at all? PHEV's have a SKS system, which seems like it doesn't start, but indeed it's ready to drive. Any other symptoms that you can think of? I may be able to guide you in the right direction at least.
