Recieved a 'Customer Satisfaction Notice' from FCA for the High Voltage Cable Connector Seal: "The high voltage cable connection may have a rolled seal. An improperly positioned seal may cause a poor cable connection resutling in a check engine light. Estimated repair 1.5 hours."

My dealer called this a recall (in repair now due to charging system error, but this is apparently not the reason in broke down hard)
Hi, Nohandz. To clarify, this is Customer Satisfaction Notice and not a recall. A CSN is preventative in nature and involves warranty or customer satisfaction issues that are non-safety related. Stellantis will correct the problem, at no charge, even if the vehicle is out of warranty and you are not the original owner. Hope that clears it up a bit for you.
