Does Jeep have any kind of Loaner/Rental policy?

Back story; I have a 2022 GC 4xe, bought new, it has just under 7,000 miles on it.

Two weeks ago I had it at the dealership due to repeatedly getting the message "Performance limited, service fuel system" followed by a significant loss of power until I turned the jeep off and back on. They reflashed the ECU from what I understand and I went problem-free for almost 2 weeks.

Last Wednesday the problem returned albeit now with a violent jerking motion and a CEL with the same substantial power loss. I scheduled to have it brought in the following morning, so my GC has been sitting at the dealership since Thursday morning. I haven't received any updates and called afternoon today and they're telling me they haven't even looked at it, after 3 days.....

I've been without a car and the dealership is declining any loaner vehicle until they diagnose the vehicle, so at this point I don't know how much longer I'll be without it. I've never had a dealership decline me a loaner when they've had a vehicle more than 3 days. I get it, they can get busy but I also have to be able to commute work.

Am I really just SOL on this? Anyone know if Jeep does rental reimbursement if I went out and got something, I can't sit around and wait on the dealership.

Not a great start to a new GC.
Like said - see your Jeep Wave documentation.
Dealerships are independently owned. each has their own abilities and policies for loaners. When a dealership gets flooded with vehicles that end up having to wait for parts or whatever, they run out of loaners.
With some rental places actually running short at times, it's easy to see why/how dealers could.
Noting says a dealer has to provide anything, it's a courtesy if they do.
But Jeep will cover rentals up to a certain $$ amount for certain things.
two area dealerships owned by the same corporate giant - one has no loaners, or maybe 1 or two if you are early in line, the other has a half dozen, but those are often all out. They've got almost 100 Jeeps and Rams and other FCA products sitting around back waiting on backordered parts - and you can bet that means almost 100 people in need of a vehicle!
