I’d say yes, there’s no changes to the top.
You could get more rattling though since the top is older/used than the car it could be a little off in terms of perfect fit. Probably not but always a consideration. Plastic can do that.
If you currently have a soft top look at JL forums on making the change. I’m pretty sure some wiring will need to be done for the wiper and I doubt the washer fluid will feed to the back without some serious work.
Yes, the 2018 JL hard top is the same. But, if you are purchasing a new 4xe Softtop and want to use the old hard top, you need to make sure you have the brackets that get bolted to the Jeep to attach the hard top.
The Mopar Targa Panel Inner Latch Bracket are factory replacement parts for the Gladiator and Wrangler JL. These brackets are installed at the inside top of the windshield frame and contact the pivoting latch on the targa panels.

That’s one of them. There are two that get attached above the wind shield and two on the roll bar over your head. They are to attach the freedom panels.
The wiring kit needed for the hard top includes the hose for the rear washer fluid. You can do it yourself, but it is not a simple project. My dealer quoted me ~$1200 to install it.
I just go without it. I look at it this way, I don’t have it for the soft top, why do I need it for the hard top! 😁
