I think we have talked about it before. I can't remember what Jeep Care says what version we should be on. Can't seem to find it on the internet.

The latest version is S26.18, so it looks like the update may have been successful.

I know my off road pages gauge page suddenly started showing oil pressure on the Uconnect main screen. It’s never worked since new. My software version still shows 26.18 so I don’t know what been updated to make it work.

This update applies to 2023 Grand Cherokee and Wagoneer models. If any new updates or revisions are made including additional models, we're happy to share once it is available.

Yes, I leased a 22 GC 4xe Trailhawk. It had a yellow tag on it at dealership. It was updated before I took delivery. Bought on Friday 1/27 and picked up Monday 1/30.

So a T 25.50 is an update to an S26.18? That’s a strange nomenclature to show an update by having the number go down. T does come after S but it’s still strange. And it doesn’t seem to be available.

Uconnect did an update last week. Don't know if this caused it, but now I don't have anything displayed in the E-Hybrid pages. Anyone else?

I have a 2023 and after the .25 update last week, my Hytbrid pages are missing.

I have the same issue. Plus I have to turn on the screen every time I start the vehicle.

@JeepCares any chance to get the older version reinstalled until the Uconnect folks create a version that works on the 4xe version?

The needing to turn it on everytime you start your vehicle is also an option within your head unit. My wife set her profile up to do just that.

It sounds like it's been well over 24 hours for all systems to resync since receiving the update. Feel free to PM us your VIN and we can document a case for further review!

I'm sorry this is impacting you as well. I can assist with documenting a case, but it's not possible to roll back to a previous software version once the latest is applied.
