Just ordered my first Jeep which is the 2023 Jeep 4XE Rubicon in hydro blue. Can't wait for it to go into production and be delivered. Graduating up from a decade old Corolla so this is a big change and excited about this new journey.
Anyone else planning on throwing on 35's from day zero? Looking for recommendations for which lift system to use.
There’s a lot of lifts out there for you to use and you’ll find just as many different opinions on what will be the best. You can go for a simple spacer lift if you aren’t going to be off-roading much, but if you decide you are or may want a more thorough lift, there‘s a bunch of quality company’s out there. Look at Metalcloak, Clayton Off-road, Rock Krawler as some of the few companies that have lifts that they recommend for a 4xe.
I’m in the same boat, ordered a 2023 4xe Rubicon Hydro B. I too am curious if anyone is running 35s on a stock suspension, stock wheel setup without issues?
ive been researching this and consensus seems to be no issues unless at full flex. I’m thinking of doing 35s KO2 315/70/17 which will fit the stock rubicon rims.
I recently installed 35/11.5/r17 Toyo Open Country AT3's and at full flex they rub in the rear wheel well and come to about 1/2" from touching in the front. Other than the new tires, the wheels and suspension are stock rubicon. I'm waiting for a mopar lift to become available.
I'm sure this has been talked about alot but didn't see anything with a quick search. I want to get 35s or 37s for my Rubicon I'm getting but want to keep the stock rims. What tires do people suggest for this with the idea I'm mainly staying road with only 2 or so trips to trails a year. And...
I recently bought a 4xe Rubicon. Also I work for Rock Jock 4x4 and we are going to make a lift kit specific to the 4xe. I believe its going to be our standard 4". I'll post some pictures once its done.
