Opted to go with a different model as there was another at the dealer with the exact same issue with less than 3k miles on it.
Whenever I see a dealer with multiple completely off failures, I can help but wondering what they screwed up when doing an install/inspection.

Most of the battery failures are a result of dealers neglecting to wait the full 5 minutes for the caps go discharge when doing software updates, for example

I just got my 23 Rubicon 4xE. 160 miles, same....exact....thing. its at the dealership now, they are trying to figure it out.
Great! Please keep us posted as to what they find. If it's a pinched wire harness can you find out where so we can look at ours to see if we have the same thing going on. Could short out and cause a fire.

Same just happened to me. 23' Jeep GC Overland 4xe. 1690 miles. Drove it home parked it in garage, plugged it into 110v normal standard garage outlet. Next day wouldn't start. Same troubleshooting tried. You can jump the 12v battery enough to get the dashboard to light up, but you can't get the engine to roll over or go to gas mode. Dashboard flickers between screens complaining about not being able to charge with the hood open.... yes I know, I have a jump pack powering you. The tow driver and I even hooked up a small jump pack and hid it next to the battery so we could close the hood. Still same thing, you can't start the car or even put it in neutral with the shift dial. Ended up popping the lower panel cover off the drivers side and doing the manual orange plug neutral pull. Had to be towed to dealership. Dealership wont even be able to look at it until Feb 5th. I'm paying for a brick in a service lot and I have no friends at the dealership to make this better. Nothing offered to me while my brick waits for repair.

Sounds like you need a new 12v battery

Maybe, but why would it not start when powered by a jump box?
Internal short in the battery pulling the voltage down so the hv battery contacts don't close or some of the computers not booting up correctly due to low voltage.

The 4xe doesn't use a starter for the jump box to push enough amps to turn, so it'll behave differently than a non-phev. Jumping usually requires more of a prolonged charge time rather than high current.

Same thing happened to us…. This is now the second time in 10 days that the GC will be at the dealership. This first time they changed the battery…. We will see what the next “fix” is. We love the car when it is running!

Dealership has had the GC for 10 days now. They opened a STAR. So far “No issues”. We shall see.

I have a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE, with 750 Miles on it. Car keeps going dead, died on me 5 times. Brought to the dealer 3 times ! 1st time they said the battery so they swapped it, 2nd time they said BCM and it was with them for 6 days, got it back had it for 2 days, and it didn’t start again. This is insane, no loaner offered, and I have to continue to make payments. Dealer doesn’t know what’s wrong with it.

I have a 23 4XE that is less than 24 hours old, sitting in my garage and won't start. I got back from the store this afternoon and was headed back out and the vehicle will not start. It says push start button and press brake pedal, which I did. The gauges bounce and it goes into accessory mode. Then I get a "charging system error" I tried plugging in the supplied charger and I get the blue lights flashing on the has, the small square led charge port got green/blue/red twice then it all goes out. I have literally put 45 miles on this thing and feel it is a pile of junk sitting in my garage. What is going on? Roadside assistance was equally as useless, as since I car is new and not in their system yet, I DO NOT have roadside assistance but I am more than welcome to pay $275 to have them tow the car to the dealer if I need to have it brought in for service. I am livid
Sounds like what has happened to mine. I just got mine back to after it being with the dealership for 13 days. All test passed. “Vehicle is operating properly at this time.” …. Here in VA, 3 time to the dealer for the same issue or off the road for 30 days you can open up at Lemon law complaint. Best believe I’ll be doing this if it happens again.

Hi Kevin. I just got a brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sport S 4EX. I brought the car home on Monday night and haven’t driven it since. When I tried to drive to an appointment today I had the exact same problem you had. It was completely dead. I called my dealer who suggested roadside assistance but the car is BRAND new so it shouldn’t be having these issues. I want them to take the car back but they’re unwilling to even talk to me about that. My salesman hasn’t even returned my call after all the blabbering during the sale about how he’d be my point of contact for anything related to the Jeep going forward. I’m so angry I spent all that money on a new car that won’t even start! How did you get your dealer to agree to terminate your contract?

Hello everyone. I am experiencing same thing myself. Leased a Jeep Grand cherokee 2024 anniversary edition 4xe 2 weeks ago. Car went completely dead and had to get it towed. Roadside assistance sucked and was trying to charge me $337. Thankfully the dealership sent a towing company to me. After numerous calls to speak with manager, I addressed my concerns and asked to be put in a loaner. Loaner was given to me a few days later. According to manager, he stated they believe it’s an issue with the UCONNECT system. Now it’s a waiting game - I’m not sure what’s going to happen. This sucks!

Add me to the list. I bought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe exactly 1 week ago and yesterday it was dead in my garage. I called my sales person and he has mysteriously been moved to Leith Kia! He was able to get me a link to a tow service that was very timely and professional. They jumped the battery in my garage and followed me to the dealership but the service department was closed. This is my 1st time buying an American made car…possibly my last time too! Unacceptable!
