New 4xE Issues

I picked up a new 2023 Wrangler 4xE Rubicon that required a full replacement of the hybrid battery after 2 weeks and only 177 miles on it. Got it back this Monday (4 weeks later) and it seems like it’s been running in FORM mode for the past four days and ~100 miles of driving. I filled it up from a half tank and took it on a 50 mile round trip, but it still seems to be in FORM mode.

I did remember it going into FORM mode just after I purchased it and the dash clearly stated it was in refresh mode. Since I brought it home from the battery replacement the dash simply reads Electric Mode Temporarily Unavailable. I haven’t charged it from picking it up about 100 miles ago and the battery has only gone down 12% with it in hybrid mode the whole time.

Any ideas what’s going on?

I may be incorrect, but I thought that I heard it’s a two requirement process. It needs a specific minimum number of miles or hours AND they fuel tank needs to be less than a quarter tank.
I’m still on my original dealership fill-up and have just under 400 miles in the last month. I feel like I need to start burning some gasoline!
If the car/oil is almost new, I think you may reset oil life, I have read that it exits FORM. Obviously I would only do it if your oil is “almost” new
Lots of posts about FORM, just search for it. Much more accurate and complete information in other posts.

It’s acting like it’s it FORM mode, but it doesn’t actually say it. I just get a message saying Electric Mode Temporarily Unavailable. It’s been doing that since I picked it up from a full hybrid battery replacement. Dealer says there’s nothing wrong, but something just doesn’t seem right. The vehicle currently has less than 300 miles on it.

Have you checked your coolant levels in all 3 reservoirs?

Go to screen 9. Messages in your MFD and it will tell you FORM there.
