I know the overall percentage of problem 4XEs may be low but has Jeep or is Jeep correcting the issues at the factory on recent (August/September) builds ; ie PIM, ball joints, fuses, out dated software, shut downs, etc....or are they being delivered with the same issues and leaving it up to the customer and dealer service to correct.

Good question. My Jeep broke down around 2200 miles. But I feel like I’ve seen reports of people with a lot fewer miles (ie newer) also having issues. But this is pure speculation on my part.
I have just shy of 2000 miles and my build date is May 28, 2021.
I've not had any of the main issues discussed, nor have I received any recall notices in the app or mail. I did have gas cap codes that I cleared myself and I seated all fuses. Though, without anything to compare to, I can't say if they were loose or not.

I'm curious if anyone has had battery, cable, brake, suspension, or other major issues (not gas cap or loose fuses) with later build dates.
Mine was built end of August, picked it up last weekend, and I definitely had some fuses that weren't entirely seated. Otherwise, no issues with about 700 miles on it.
My Sahara was built on 8/25 and I picked it up on 8/28. My salesman had created checklist of items he had their service/PDI team check on all 4xe's and they gave me a sheet showing what they checked and found.

1. Ball Joints - All were found torqued properly from the plant
2. Fuses - Found a couple loose and all were checked and seated
3. Fluids - All were topped off, which is a standard process for all new Jeeps
4. Software - No updates were needed

1100 miles and everything has been awesome so far!
