‘21 4xe, 2 days old. Floor behind driver seat in front of battery pack is soaked in coolant, reservoir is empty of course. Searced web and found a LOT of posts on coolant leaks but none referenced leaking into the interior. Not a drop on the ground. This has to be within the battery pack don’t you think? Any insight appreciated.
Obviously will contact dealer tomorrow. Going to demand new carpet and padding along with repair of course.

Yes. Sounds like coolant hose or fitting leak at the HVB pack. Probably best to have it towed if possible.

Jeep really needs get good process in place to assemble and test the plumbing on every single jeep they make.

@CarlosTavares, you should be making some heads roll over these process and QC issues.

[/QUOTE] dealer picked it up on Monday morning and dropped off a loaner. Leak was a loose connection at the power pack. Repaired leak the same day and ordered/removed rear carpet. Very satisfied with their response thus far. However, this vehicle shouldn’t have made it through QA.

Yes, I think the Wrangler has some great engineering to back it up. But the manufacturing side of things is a different story. I've read so many stories (for both 4xe and non-4xe) about one of the coolant reservoirs being empty by the time people make it home the first time from the dealer. These cooling systems should be good for years/decades otherwise.
