Very frustrating indeed. BTW, my dealer told me that if they found it was a bad sway bar that the part is on back order. In my case, it is NOT the sway bar...the problem with mine is both front drive shafts. Parts just came in and will be done tomorrow...will update this post.So service department called me and said the part didn't get delivered yesterday. They keep saying its coming and it doesn't. Now they claim they can't find one anywhere but yet is supposed to ship on the 8th. I told them I will live with the clunk until you actually get the part in so please put it back together and let me pick it up and we can schedule another appointment. So frustrated.
Might be worth your dealer thoroughly checking your drive shafts before you pick it up? For mine, they finally suspected drive shafts with some play in them then they took them out and then drove it as a rear wheel drive...with that "test" sans front drive shafts the clunk was gone which lead them to replacing the drive shafts. Good luck.
