I'm so mad right now with jeep. So I've had my jeep wrangler 5 months now. First issue with it was some electrical wires 29-30 from the C-bus shorted to ground and cause the ECM to miss communicate it was in the shop for a week and out. Fast forward about a month down and started getting random messages on the dash swaybar disconnected no electric steering mph were off I put my scanner on it and got 3 pages of codes. To shop we went was there over a month ABS Module was out replaced with a new one got it in and could not get it to program. Started a star case finely got a new module and and new brake booster programed ready to go pick the jeep up drove it literally 4 days and was worse then before dot it to the dealer scanned it and came back with an ABS code that states there is no fix for this issue. Wow ok so that tells me it's time to fail a claim with jeep get them to buy it back and get into something else haha you can't get those people over there to do there job of you held a gun to there head. There a joke when it comes to customer service I talked to 7 different people 3 in one phone call trying to figure out what was going on cause when I originally called I was told I would hear something in 24 hours 4 days later noting so I called we will have you case manager call you nothing I called back and finely got to talk to some one received an email stating the issues with my jeep don't warrant a buy back.... Seriously there is no repair to fix the issue at had so you expect me to pay 38grand on a jeep that don't run have people become this ignorant now days I'm over it I'll call my loan company get them involved I'm seeing a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IN THE FUTURE and if any of you out there want to join me in this it cost nothing to start but it will give you a little piece of mind something will get done then.

Contact a lawyer asap. If you’ve already been in contact with the manufacturer and they’re playing hardball just contact a lawyer, find one on contingency. I have to get rid of mine. I’m sad but the issues set me back financially. I’m in CA so I filed for lemon law but it’s taken like a year and a half to reach an agreement with the manufacturer. I really tried to work with Jeep at first but they kept delaying everything, it was not good. Please consult a lawyer asap. I wouldn’t expect anything from the manufacturer directly, just from my own personal experience.

Little update don't want to leave y'all hanging.....
So I contacted Jeep really got the run around from them they tell me that my jeep that has been sitting in the shop for almost 2 months not and with the service manager telling me the is no fix for this issue until the engineers figure it out and after 1 day of talking to my case manager that my jeep does not warrant a buy back. I asked the question so would a class action lawsuit warrant one but she couldn't comment on that what she said she then proceeds to give me a link to national automotive warranty something or other so see if they can help now this is where I blew a gasket cause you know if you're in a certain field or line of work you know who can help and who cant. NCDS is the name of it anyway they only deal with issues like this if the car is new so once again the run around. so I called a class action lawyer that told me I could start one alone but it's always better to have more so haven't really done much more on that end cause I contacted my service manager that told me to call and talk with the sales department where I got the jeep and I have an appointment tomorrow and there going to try and trade me out but I'm telling you now there is not a dime coming out of my pocket I'm having everything that I had done to mine will be done to the other and there goanna pay for my tax title and license for all this BS I Been dealing with and I'm getting strickle gas this time but we'll see tomorrow if I'm making that call to the lawyer again.
