i think jeep chat lies to avoid any confrontation , i just randomly asked the status of my jeep just to see if a slight slither of anything has changed, i was told on the 12th that my jeep wouldnt be built untill either the 23 or the 28th, and as of today i message jeep chat and they said "OH ITS BEEN BUILT ALREADY AND IS WAITING SHIPPING" as confused as i was i asked how is this possible when i was under the assumption is that when jeep builds your vehicle it takes atleast 3 week for inspection etc, then jeep chat said that it because ive been waiting for so long a JEEP BRAND MENTOR can expedite it , but the odd thing is that ive gotten all my emails when the status changes from FCA , and i didnt get a EMAIL , im soely relaying on jeep chat and a BRAND MENTOR? good thing i saved all the transcripts
