I suspect they're using usbank, who doesn't pass the $7500 on as a cap cost reduction, but rather factors it in to the back end. Some of their lease programs on the rubicons aren't horrible, but be aware that trading in at the end of the lease or buying the lease out if you want to keep it/capture equity is essentially a non-starter with USBank. They're also notoriously strict on lease end fees.

More importantly, you should be able to do a lot better than $2500 off on a rubicon.
I have to shop around more. But so far this was the lowest monthly payment. Other dealers are asking around $800 to lease the exact car in NJ with same terms.

Send me a build of what youre interested in and your zip code and I can at least give you a price comparison of what it would cost you to order from me.

I highly recomend Clutch. I'm waiting for my jeep to be built. He was able to save me several thousand more than I could find calling all over the country.

If you are from PNW, some dealers in Oregon and washington are discounting pretty heavily at this point. I picked up Willy's 4xe yesterday with $7000 dealer discount. And was also able to apply $1000 jeep brand coupon on top of that for a total discount of $8000. For lease there's an additional $10,500 in cap cost reductions. But the interest rates as posted here are pretty high.

To cofirm, you are not confusing the manufacturer incentives for a discount? You got $7k off from dealer + $11,500 in rebates for a total of $18,500 off? Was this on the lot?
Yes that's correct. It was on lot, arrived last week. The dealer told me this is the first 2024 4xe they are selling and want to sell fast so they can get higher allocation and that's why the dealer discount.

I would be curious to see the whole deal structure. Desperation to hit metrics for allocations certainly can result in weird one offs, but there are also lots of dealers that play shell games moving numbers around to make a discount look a lot larger than it is. If there were no shenanigans going on, that's an amazingly strong deal for an instock unit, especially at a pnw dealer.

$63,980 - it includes all packages and hinge gate reinforcement.

I had no issues getting the discount up to $4000 -$4500. But had to work a little to get to higher than that. Exact dealer discount was $6897. Plus $1000 Jeep rebate.

I was receiving same discount for a 60k build from another dealer

I mean the rest of the deal structure. Is the money factor marked up? Are there add ons? Did they move around trade value? Etc.

There are dealers around me that advertise ridiculous discounts, but when you dive into the contract details, they claw most of it back.

I ended up buying all cash and there was no trade in. There were no add ons. I paid $115 in dealer doc fee. I did the calculation and the current mf was too high. Rent charge (and other tax implications) were making the additional cap cost reduction a wash. Will share the cash proposal later.

I read the CCAP lease contract and their buyout language wasn't clear. It didn't clearly say I would not have to pay future rent payments in case of an early buyout. It was all fuzzy and didn't want to take the risk. Debated for a week and then decided I don't feel comfortable with it.

You did not get the incentives. Why do you think that you did? I thought you said above you got $7k off plus 11,500 in manufacturer incentives? You purchased so you received the $1k from Jeep only.
