Folks, got a 23 High Altitude, after getting it I immediately put on 275/70r18 Wildpeaks on winter rims. I am wondering if anyone can give some advice on pros/cons in going with a 275/60r20 or a 286/60r20, on the stock wheels for summer. I am torn between the two, either way it will be the Falken Wildpeaks as I have been running them for a few years now, and other I have had don't compare.

New to the group… Just picked up my 23’ Sahara 4xe a month ago. Found a deal on a set of 392 takeoffs and had to swap them out. I do love the look of both wheels and almost went with the stock wheels and bigger tires but the deal on the 392 set was hard to pass up. Keeping both sets for now. I also had the dealership swap out the silver grill and fog light trim to satin black. *Only thing left is to swap out the 4xe fender badges to the matte black Willy’s one.

What size are your tires?

Drove the Duelers 38k- they were dead. Got the Falken Wildpeaks AT 275 60 r20's today. As others have said- the ride is much smoother than stock. The road noise seems the same but the pitch is a bit higher. If I notice a change in mileage I'll drop that in. Very happy with the change- Jeep feels more stable on the road as well. The inch of lift is very noticeable. Strongly recommend if you're in the market.

I just picked up a 2024 / 4xe. I want to get wheels but was told the big thick wheels won’t work well. Can anyone educate me a bit?
Keep asking on here. Depends on the model as Rubicon provides a bit more clearance than say the Sport does due to suspension if I have read correctly on here.
My 21 JLURe has 185/70/17 on stock rims with the 33” KO2s. As a comparison you will need to be aware of those differences.

Start here. QUICK & SIMPLE Explanation! Wheel Offset & Backspacing Explained (youtube.com). Next step is to learn what your current width / offset / backspacing are currently. If you have stock and want wider tires you will likely need to get different wheels. Here is a decent discussion on tire sizes. Tire Sizes Explained! (youtube.com) . If you want to go much wider than 285 you will likely need new wheels.
