My app is still showing no remedy available for my 2023 Overland 4xe.

 

Try logging out of the app, and re-logging in.
That helps the app refresh for me when I notice it stalls out.

 

Is there some sort of reference code that we can use to get our dealers to see that there is a remedy?

 

Is there, in fact, a remedy? My app says the parts are available but not a remedy. I’m incredibly hesitant to jump right into this repair, too, given that it was my last recall repair that kickstarted this whole saga.

 

Parts available means the software update that is needed is available. I assume it says remedy currently not available because it either isn't available for the entire set of vehicles (25+ still pending) or just hasn't updated yet.

 

Yeah, I logged out and logged back into the app and it's also still just telling me remedy not available.

Anyway, I will not be one of the 1st to rush and get mine fixed anyways... will just do it with my next oil change which will likely be next year...

 

Scheduled my appointment for next Tuesday. Advisor said is a software update that should take 3-4 hours.

 

I had the recall service performed today on my 2022 4xe base with about 36k miles. I hope it doesn’t cause other issues like the previous recall service.

 

The recall did not fix the issue. Less then a week since the recall fix I get the awful bang and then the electric drive system not available message again. Time to call the dealership again.

 

I took my 2024 GC for an oil change and tire rotation this morning and they told me I needed this recall work done too. I had no idea. I had planned to wait since an oil change takes <1 hour, but the service guy said it would take a few hours and offered a free loaner car. So, I took him up on that offer. A++ service!!

Anywho, about 5 hours later they called and said it’s done. I’ve driven 45 miles since then with no issues. (I should preface that by saying I never had any issues before either… knock on wood!)

The one thing I will say is the change from electric to gas seems smoother. Prior to today, it was a little herky jerky, especially the first time gas kicks in on a drive. Maybe it’s the placebo effect, but I swear it felt smoother than usual today.

 

Got in for the recall. 2022 GC 4xe, 29K miles. In at 8AM, out at 9:30 . No change in driving behavior noted. Tried some smooth stop light starts, and some aggressive starts. All good.

 

Received my software update for the 73C recall. I received a "electrical" not available now after ten miles after I left dealership, but nothing since and its been almost a week!

 

Same thing it was doing before. It feels like it would slam into gear, the vibration would go throughout the whole car along with a loss of power. A minute or two later electric power is available again. It is not FORM.

 

Sounds like this fix it not quite perfect?

I won't rush to get it, will get to this recall sometime next year when I get my oil change.

 

I also have not had any issues. no hurry to get his done.

 

I picked up my Jeep yesterday with the recall software loaded after they had it since July. So far so good...

 

I recently had the recall done, and now nits draining my hybrid battery while it's not in use.

 

Did mine yesterday, no issues so far. Fingers crossed!
