My electrician charged me $379 for the install including all labor and materials including a new breaker and outlet. It is about 15' away from my breaker box. I could have done it myself but as usual it would have taken 4 trips to Home Depot and I would wonder if my house would burn down or I violated any electrical wiring codes. Instead I drank a cold drink while I waited the hour for the install to occur then plugged in my Grizzley and was charging away.

thats great, I would have gladly paid $379. I was quoted $1500+ by 4 electricians in my area but I have a 75’ run. I went with a splitvolt instead.

My quotes ranged from $1300 to $1800 because I have a 75’ run. I went with Splitvolt for $300 and it works great.
