How much did your electrician charge to install a 240 volt outlet for level 2 charger?

Had plenty of 6 awg wire left over from a previous project. Had to buy breaker, nema plug, conduit, access door to charge in driveway and a few other little things. Spent about $100. It's a 25 foot run. Went with the Accel charger from Costco. They have a manufacturer rebate right now so it only cost me $350.
