depends how far you are from the panel and what room you have in the panel, copper is expensive right now and will impact the cost, I also needed to load shed my whole house generator. But the estimates above makes sense, get multiple quotes

Mine was $1500, I had a 75 foot run. They did a good job, I hooked up a ChargePoint! I know cooper was a lot of the cost.
