This can't be answered without knowing the actual msrp, what the discount is, what incentives you qualify for, if there's a trade involved, etc. Is this $4k down or $4k due at signing?

39 months suggests the dealer is pushing an Ally or USBank lease, which is generally less than ideal. 24 months has been the best term lately.

Theres $8000 in incentives, plus another $1000 available for tdm code.

So assuming you don't have the tdm code (make sure you get one), this appears to be a $3500 discount, or about 5.5% off msrp. You should be able to do a lot better than that.

With that said, the lease programs expired today, so if you haven't signed already, the numbers will need to be re-ran tomorrow.
