I did the 2” mopar lift and 35” BFG KM3. No problems at all.

No. Rides smooth. Quiet. I had same tires on my jk

 

Your tires and lift look great! Do you have to do the lift to accommodate those tires?

 

Not sure. I would say yes. Personal preference.

 

Do you know what the actual tire size was? I did some research myself and there are three separate tire sizes that fit the vehicle with 20 inch rims

I love the look! It's crazy how little sidewall there is on those 20" rims for them being 35's. I come from seeing 35's on 17" rims and thinking they look huge.

Can't say for sure as it only had 100 miles on it when I lifted it. Im sure it lost a little. Still a blast to drive!

 

35's max out the stock carrier but it fits. If you take it off road any I'm sure it would rub with no lift and 35's.

How's the highway ride and wet traction on those Wildpeaks with the stock setup compared to the stock tires? Looks fantastic! I'm set on the 275/60r20 size but not sure if I want H/T or A/T tires yet

 

The size difference is subtle but the difference in tread sure stands out. I’m also trying to figure out what to do before delivery.

I’m here in Vegas , So I have no idea about their wet traction. On road manners and handling I think are great. I push them a little on the highway ramps and find them to be very predictable.

 

I had a 2010 GLK and the transmission went at 25000 miles. The dealer blamed the new rims and tires I put on. He said the 4matic should have been reprogrammed. That was the only car I ever bought non-stock tires for but now I’m considering it for my Jeep. These pictures are rad and I want to reduce the likelihood of scratching the rims. Does changing the radius of the tire affect the computer - transmission/4wd synergy long term?

 

Increasing your tires a small amount up to maybe 35" shouldn't do anything harmful to the drivetrain. I doubt 37's would add much more wear and tear. Wranglers are made to run bigger tires from the factory, so the rig can handle it. Your 4xe has some pretty heavy duty parts to cope with the extra weight and power of the 4xe system as well. If you have a Sahara with 3.73 or a Rubicon with 4.11's all the better. The only thing I would do is get JScan or a Taser to let the computer know you have bigger tires.

 

So is it safe to say we can put 33x12.5 on the stock Sahara wheels and have zero issues? Leaning towards that size over the 275/60/20
