Back again, I was out for about 4 days after the oil change…. And now I’m back in FORM, not sure how oil could become that contaminated in 4 days…. But I’m just a dumb person who got hood winked into a “hybrid” jeep…. My jeep spends more time running parked in my driveway than on the road at this point.
I am in this situation. I am now going to pursue a lemon law claim on my Jeep. It has been in the shop extensively this year with this engine and oil refresh nonsense and now oil changes are not even fixing it. My state has strict lemon law claims and Jeep will have to buy this back from me. I am moving on.

Have fun with lemon lawing FORM, which is clearly described in the owners manual and online by Jeep, FORM doesn't happen in the summer time, and its normal operation when it gets cold. But please let us know how it works out for you

I get you were being a jerk and mocking me. I will reply anyways. I am on my 4th oil change at 5500 total miles on a 2022. My average MPG is now under 30 from a high of 48 during the summer. I have an electric vehicle that rarely runs on anything but gas gas since it got cold. Adding 5 gallons of gas does not work (like the instructions say). Driving for 20 minutes to 2.5 hours at an oil temperature above 205 degrees is impossible to achieve during winter (like the instructions say). So all that can be done is these ridiculous frequent oil changes. Maybe I will fail with the lemon law, but I sure as hell am going to fight like hell and try. Getting oil changes every 1200 miles is complete absurdity. I have had Jeeps for 30 years now. Love the company, love the product. However, the 4xe is just a poorly made product. 100% chance this will become a class action shortly.

Not mocking but please take it that way, instead of guessing, i've posted at length how to monitor which type of FORM you are in as well as the progression of oil life dropping for 2 4xes.
Instead of jumping the gun and thinking the vehicle is broken I'd suggest investing in a OBD2 reader and appropriate software and see what the vehicle is actually doing. You could then cross reference it with all the data I have to see if in fact your vehicle is not operating as intended.

@JeepCares
Thank you for re-engaging with this forum and your customers and thank you for this response regarding FORM operation and its multi-step function. Please continue to provide these types of informative posts and updates that go beyond the limited information of the owner's manual.

Please consider:
1) adding the Mopar winter grille cover as an approved Jeep accessory for the 4xe.
a) consider adding the grille cover as a standard item in the Cold Weather Group.
2) separate FORM into two seperate messages FRM and ORM for the driver.
Fuel Refresh Mode - fresh fuel needs added.
Oil Refresh Mode - fuel in the oil.
a) add a progress meter for this mode that indicates to the driver how much longer the vehicle will need to be driven in order to satisfy ORM (much like a diesel DPF regen status indicator)

Thank you.
These are great suggestions. The fact is that given the level of diagnostic information otherwise available in the display, "Electric mode temporarily unavailable" doesn't cut it. Users are entitled to more detailed information and more guidance about a "feature" none of us will have had any experience with.

If possible these changes should be included in a future software upgrade.

Have you checked panel #9 in your MFD? That is messages and will probably tell you you are in FORM. Plenty of posts about that.
